-
Botox is a neurotoxin (a form of botulinum toxin type A) that is injected into targeted treatment areas using an ultra-fine needle. Botox® works by blocking nerve signals to prevent the muscles in certain areas of the face from contracting, allowing the skin to remain smooth and unwrinkled.

As well as the trapezius muscle to help with shoulder discomfort & for slimming & many more.
-
Botox treatments are quick and not considered painful. Most patients say they experience minimal discomfort during the injection process but that it does not continue after the completion of the procedure. Because Botox treatment requires no anesthesia or recovery time, some patients even schedule appointments for Botox injections during their lunch hour and are able to return to work right after their appointment.
-
Botox is FDA-approved as a safe treatment for reversing lines and wrinkles. However, patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain neurological diseases should not receive Botox treatments.
-
Many patients wonder if they are too young or too old to try Botox. Some begin treatment as a preventative measure at the first site of lines and wrinkles. Others wait until later in life when these expression lines become more prominent. To determine if you may benefit from Botox treatment, it’s best to first schedule a consultation with a licensed professional.
-
As with any procedure, whether medical or cosmetic, there is always a risk of side effects. Some patients may experience bruising, swelling, redness, or tenderness around the injection site. These side effects resolve on their own within a few days or up to a week following Botox treatment.
-
Each patient is different, but most will typically begin to notice results gradually between 3-7 days after receiving injections. It does take up to 2 weeks to realize the final effects.
-
The outcome will vary from person to person, but typically you can expect the results of Botox to last from three to five months. The location of the injection and the amount used are the biggest factors that may affect how long it lasts. Other factors include your age, the elasticity of your skin, and wrinkle depth.
PDO Threads…
-
The ideal patient for a thread lift is in good overall health, who is bothered by mild to moderate laxity in the lower face and neck. It is best for patients who are just beginning to notice some slight “jowling” around the mouth.
-
Polydioxanone (PDO) is a biocompatible material that is inserted into the skin to stimulate collagen production. It’s the same material that has been used for stitching wounds for decades. When doctors noticed the improvement in skin texture, collagen, and firmness after a sutured cut had healed. The novel idea came about to load this suture thread onto a needle to help place it under the skin, specifically for skin improvement. The insertion device is then removed, leaving the threads behind. The thread is pulled into place and trimmed flush at the skin. In addition to lifting mildly loose skin, your body perceives the threads themselves as a foreign entity that needs to be “healed” by ramping up your skin’s production of collagen and elastin. These are the bedrocks of youthful looking skin and tissues. PDO Threads are re-absorbed by your body in 6 months. The end result of a thread lift is a more youthful looking you with minimal downtime, no anesthesia, and no scars.
-
A PDO thread lift is an outpatient procedure, with a recovery time of 7 to 10 days. This all depends on the treatment area and the number of threads being used. It may feel tender where the threads were inserted. Patients may have some swelling and bruising, but can resume most of their daily activity. A soft food diet and limited facial movements are recommended for a few days.
Weightloss Program…

Semaglutide is a medicine which is similar to a natural hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1).
GLP-1 is a peptide hormone secreted by L-cells in the intestine and certain neurons in the brainstem after eating a meal. It has been shown to promote satiety and reduce food intake. It also increases insulin production in the pancreas in a dose dependent manner.
Semaglutide in the stomach reduces gastric emptying time and promotes a feeling of fullness. It also acts on centers in the brain and suppresses appetite. It is associated with less hunger and food cravings, better control of eating and a lower preference for high‐fat foods.
-
Semaglutide is administered as a subcutaneous injection – “shot” – which is typically given in the abdomen or thigh once a week.
-
Adults with a BMI of 30 or more
Adults with a BMI of 27-29, who also have at least one weight-related comorbid condition such as hypertension, diabetes type 2, or hyperlipidedemia.
-
While every individual responds differently to medications, a medical study of 1961 participants demonstrated that in a 68-week period, participants lost an average body weight of ~15%. Furthermore, 1 out of 3 participants lost more than 20% of their baseline body weight.
-
If there is a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MENS2) or in case of hypersensitivity to Semaglutide. Anyone pregnant or breastfeeding.
What are the most common side effects associated with Semaglutide?

The number of procedures required will be based upon your individual procedure goals and the overall health of your skin. Most patients receive a series of three procedures spaced about four weeks apart.
Dermal Fillers…
-
Fillers are anti-aging injections which contain a gel-like substance, most often hyaluronic acid, which can give the skin a rejuvenated look. When injected into the skin, dermal fillers quite literally ‘fill out’ lines and wrinkles, volumize hollow, sunken areas of the face, and define and reshape facial features.
-
Dermal fillers are used to treat areas of volume loss, static lines (which remain on the face even when it’s relaxed), for enhancements and facial contouring. Treatment areas include:
Lips
Cheeks
Marionette lines (which extend from the corners of the mouth down to the chin)
Nasolabial folds (lines either side of the nose)
Tear troughs (undereye hollows)
Chin and jawline
Temples
The backs of the hands
The neck
-
The dermal filler side effects are pretty minimal and usually disappear soon after the treatment - they typically last a few days but can last up to 2 weeks.. They include things like swelling, redness and minor bleeding near the injection points. You might also experience some bruising, but applying an arnica cream to the area can help keep this at bay.
If any of these symptoms persist, contact your practitioner for advice.
-
Your practitioner will likely apply a topical numbing cream to the target area to help reduce pain as much as possible. Lots of modern fillers also contain lidocaine, which will continue to numb the area with each injection.
Some areas of the face will be more sensitive than others - like the lips - but, talk to your practitioner about pain management options if you’re concerned.
-
Because there are lots of important arteries in areas of the face which are often treated with fillers, the treatment is medium-risk. But, the risks of dermal fillers are significantly lowered if you choose a medically qualified practitioner for the procedure who has the right training, lots of experience and the appropriate qualifications.
It’s also really important that you chat with your practitioner about your medical history, conditions you might have or any medications you’re taking beforehand to ensure nothing will impact the safety of the treatment.
-
You shouldn’t have a filler treatment if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients in the filler, or if your skin is irritated or infected.
Your practitioner will be able to give you further guidance on this.
-
When hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers are used, results typically last for 6-18 months. But, their exact longevity will vary from person to person as it depends on how quickly each individual metabolizes the filler.
Sculptra…
-
Sculptra is a dermal injectable that stimulates the body to create more collagen, creating a more youthful, natural, and refreshed appearance. This innovative product is made of synthetic, biocompatible material known as poly-L-lactic acid. The body’s collagen production decreases as we age. This contributes to the formation of fine lines, wrinkles, and hollow areas of the face. Sculptra is used to add volume and thicken the skin in the areas of your face that you wish to treat. This FDA approved injectable can be used to smooth and fill many different parts of the face, such as smile lines, the jawline, and hollow temples.
